NP Tours Croatia: Terms and Conditions

Welcome to NP Tours Croatia! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and booking services for Plitvice National Park tours, Krka National Park tours, and other adventures offered by NP Tours Croatia ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website or booking a tour, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
 

Booking and Payment:
 

  • Full Payment Required: To confirm your booking for any NP Tours Croatia tour, full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour departure date will be eligible for a full refund.

    • Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the tour departure date will be eligible for a 50% refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour departure date will not be eligible for any refund.

    • COVID-19 Exceptions: In the event of documented illness preventing participation due to COVID-19, a full refund will be issued regardless of cancellation timeline, upon presentation of valid medical documentation.

  • Changes: Requests for changes to confirmed bookings, such as changes to travel dates or participants, will be handled based on availability and may be subject to additional fees.

  • Prices: All prices listed on our website are in EUR and are subject to change without prior notice.


Participation and Responsibilities:
 

  • Legal Travel Documents: It is your sole responsibility to ensure you have all necessary travel documents, including a valid passport and any required visas, for your chosen tour. We are not responsible for any denial of entry or travel disruptions due to inadequate documentation.

  • Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as illness, cancellation, or lost luggage. NP Tours Croatia is not responsible for any losses or damages you may incur due to inadequate travel insurance.

  • Health and Fitness: You acknowledge that participation in our tours may involve physical activity and potential dangers inherent in outdoor activities. You represent that you are in good physical health and condition and capable of participating in the specific tour you have booked. We reserve the right to deny participation in any tour to anyone who appears to be unfit or at risk of harm to themselves or others.

  • Compliance with Rules and Regulations: You agree to comply with all park regulations, safety instructions, and local laws during your participation in any tour. Failure to comply may result in your being excluded from the tour without a refund.

  • Assumption of Risk: You understand and acknowledge that there are inherent risks and dangers associated with visiting national parks and participating in outdoor activities, including but not limited to:

    • Exposure to natural elements such as weather, uneven terrain, and wildlife.

    • Accidental injury or death from falls, slips, trips, or other physical mishaps.

    • Loss of or damage to personal belongings.

    • Acts of third parties beyond our control.

  • You acknowledge that you voluntarily participate in any tour with full knowledge of these risks and dangers and assume all responsibility for your safety and well-being.
     

Disclaimer of Liability:
 

NP Tours Croatia acts as a tour operator and intermediary, providing arrangements with third-party suppliers such as transportation companies, accommodation providers, and activity providers. We are not responsible for any acts or omissions of these third-party suppliers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NP Tours Croatia will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense of any nature arising from your participation in any tour, including but not limited to:

  • Illness, injury, or death

  • Loss of or damage to personal belongings

  • Travel delays or cancellations

  • Accidents occurring within national parks or while using their facilities

  • Force majeure events such as natural disasters or political unrest
     

Intellectual Property:
 

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and videos, is the property of NP Tours Croatia or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any of our content without our express written permission.

Disputes:

These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to your use of our website or booking services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia.
